1992 was a very successful for both Williams and Renault, and lead them in
winning both constructors and drivers championship. The car to do that was FW14,
car designed by Adrian Newey. It was in use in 1991 and 1992, with small modifications.
Car had 3.5 litre Renault V10 engine,
and a lot of electronics. It was the most electronically sophisticated car in
1992. The car was that successful that its successor FW15C wasn’t driven during
1992 season although it was ready for use in mid season. This one was driven by
Nigel Mansell, who have won the championship that year, and he lead the team to
their constructor championship. Car made its debut in 1991 US Grand Prix, and
raced since the 1993 South Africa Grand Prix when FW15C was introduced. This
was a very successful car which has won 17 races during two seasons and collected
125 points in 1991 and 164 points in 1992, which means 289 point during its
use, which is astonishing.

godine, sezona u Formuli Jedan je bila vrlo uspješna za Vilijams i Reno, toliko
uspješna da ih je povela ka duploj kruni, osvojiši šampionat i u vozačkoj i u
konstruktorskoj kategoriji. Auto koji je omogućio tako dobru sezonu je FW14
koji je bio dizajniran od strane Adrijana Njuia i koristio se tokom ’91. i ’92.
godine. Sa manjim promjenama , auto koji je vozio Najdžel Mansel i Rikardo Parteze
je osvojio 125 poena tokom 1991. godine i još 164 poena tokom 1992. godine, što
u zbiru znači 289 poena tokom svoje karijere u Formuli Jedan. Auto je toliko
bio uspješan da model FW15C koji je bio spreman na polovini sezone 1992. godine
nije ni korišćen te godine, već je debitovao tek sledeće na Velikoj Nagradi
Južnoafričke Republike. Auto je imao motor od 3500 kubnih centimetara sa V10
postavkom, koji je proizvodio Reno. Ovo je bio motor koji je uz tehnička čuda
te godine veoma lako osvojio šampionat imajući veliku prednost u odnosu na
tadašnje Fordove i Ferrarijeve agregate.
This is Minichamps model in 1/43 scale, and it is one of
older ones so it is not one of great quality. First of all this is one of
models which are pretty expensive and cost around 50 Euros, which is for the
model this good a lot. So now we can turn to good and to bad sides of this
model. First that you see is the paint which is not that good, on some places
it looks too thick and it look very fragile on the model. The decals are one of
Minichamps old flaws, they are not spayed with final spray of polishing, this
is causing the decals to change color and to fall off after some time. Also I have a few Minichamps where all the
transparent part of the decals have become white, which is very difficult to
repair. Next thing is axle between rear wheels which is too visible and, that
part you are not expecting to see like that in a Minichamps model. Tires are of poor
quality and the rims are plain with no detailing on them. This 1992 series
Minichamps Formula One model have no side mirrors. So all in all this could be
a better model, but still it is one of greatest Formula One cars so... who
wouldn’t like to have it.

o modelu, svakako to što je bio toliko dobar auto ga čini neodoljivim i teško
da bi neko ko voli F1 odbio ovaj model zbog ovih mana. Ovaj put nešto manje
