Lancia Stratos, 1/43 Ixo Altaya

This time another short text about the Lancia Stratos. Everything on a model is nice, and done properly. I don’t like the front end of a car, it is a little bit too tall, and I think it doesn’t express the right way a look of Stratos.

Sve na ovom modelu, ovdje mislim na Stratosa, je dobro urađeno i nemam nekih posebnih zamjerki. Jedino što mi se ne sviđa je prednji dio modela koji je nekako visok, i ne izgleda kao na pravom Stratosu.

Lotus Super 7, 1/18 Anson

Now again something that is not in 1/43 scale. It is Anson made Lotus Super 7 second generation in 1/18. This is a model made with precision and it is interesting among the collectors. Still not one of high class 1/18 models, but worth a little chat about it.

Sada opet nešto što nije u 1/43 razmjeri. Ovaj put Lotus Super 7 od proizvođača Anson u razmjeri 1/18. Poprilično precizan model koji je zanimljiv kolekcionarima. Naravno daleko od toga da je ovo jedan model iz visoke klase osamnaestica, ali je svakako vrijedan malo piskaranja.

Brabham BT46, 1/43 RBA

In a few days all teams from Formula One will show us cars for season 2014 and with these already shown we can say that radical design is something that will be present this year. So today one Formula One car that had radical design way back, in the seventies. This is Brabham BT46 from 1978, which was driven by Niki Lauda in GP Sweden, which this car won with one-two victory. After the race the car was banned because of the design that wasn’t according to rules. This what we have here is RBA model in 1/43 scale, and today post will be about it, but first little bit about the real car.

Za nekoliko dana svi F1 timovi će predstaviti svoje nove aute za sezonu 2014, i iz već pokazanih auta vidimo da će radikalan dizajn biti posebno prisutan ove godine. Mnogi timovi pokazuju na različite načine kako se nose sa novim pravilima. Danas na tapetu jedan model koji je pokazao jedan radikalan pristup još 1978. godine. Radi se o Brabamu koji je vozio Niki Lauda na Velikoj Nagradi Švedske i te godine pobijedio. Pobjeda je bila dupla jer je njegov tadašnji timski kolega Votson bio na drugom mjestu. Model o kome će biti riječi je RBA model u razmjeri 1/43, ali prvo malo o autu.

Today one short text about Ferrari F50, made by Bburago in scale 1/18. A red Ferrari is probably something that everyone has in their collection, and Bburago models are one of those which made us to became die cast car collector.

Danas jedan kratak tekst o Ferrari F50 modelu u razmjeri 1/18 koji je pravio Burago. Crveni Ferrari je najvjerovatnije svima neizostavan dio kolekcije, a Burago modeli su nešto sa čime smo mi počeli da skupljamo modele.

McLaren Mercedes MP4-26, 1/43 Spark

This car was driven by Lewis Hamilton, in 2011 German Grand Prix, which Lewis won that time. This is a scale model of that car, made by Spark in 1/43 scale. The model is beautifully made, but it has a few flaws. After all this is Spark and it is a nice model.

Ovo je auto koje je vozio Luis Hamilton na Velikoj Nagradi Njemačke 2011 godine, i na kojoj je pobijedio. Model tog auta je proizveo Spark u razmjeri 1/43 i mi ćemo danas malo pisati o njemu. Model je odlično urađen, naravno kao i svaki ima part mana ali da ne dužimo, lijep model svakako.

Williams FW11B, 1/43 Minichamps PMA


This is one of models, of which there is not so much to say. You should really own one to appreciate a true beauty and detailing of this model. This is one of Minichamps fine models. This is also one of finest Williams cars ever made. This is one in 1/43 scale, so there it goes the text about the model and a little bit about real car.

Ovo je jedan od onih modela o kojima nema nešto mnogo da se piše, prije je jedan od onih koje morate da posjedujete da bi mogli da se uvjrite koliko su dobri. Ovo je jedan od Minichampsovih boljih modela, i jedan od Viljamsovih najboljih auta. Ovaj model je u razmjeri 1/43, i sada ide tekst o modelu ali i o samom autu, koji je veoma značajan.

Babouin Autoworld


This is Autoworld in Brussels. Brussels is a capital of Belgium, and a capital of European Union. If you are visiting Brussels and if you like cars, than definitely you should go to see Autoworld. There are a lot of cars from ’20 and ’30, and a lot of nice classics from ‘70s and ‘60s. On these images you can see what else is there on display.

Ovo je Autoworld u Briselu. Brisel je glavni grad Belgije i Evropske Unije, mislim da smo to naučili više. Ako ste kojim slučajem u Briselu i ako vas zanimaju automobili i autoindustrija, toplo vam preporučujem da odete do ovog muzeja. U muzeju na stalnoj postavci imate dosta automobila iz dvadesetih i tridesetih godina, takođe mnogo auta je i iz šezdesetih i sedamdesetih godina prošlog vijeka. Na slikama je svakako vidljivo što je sve izloženo.

Skoda Fabia WRC, 1/43 Ixo Altaya


Today a brief text about another magazine model. This time it is Skoda Fabia WRC, model in scale 1/43, made by Ixo for publisher Altaya. It is one of Skodas that tried to do something significant in rally championships. This car was driven by Hanninen, driver from Finland, in Rally Russia 2009.


                If you read the text about Lancia Delta S4 model, than there is nothing new to be said about this model. Almost everything is the same, the model is done well, and it has its flaws. This time I would only say that the paint is a little better on Fabia than on Lancia, and metallic parts are very nicely done. Interior is detailed enough, if you take a look inside you will see a plenty of details. Plastic parts are also made fine, every little thing fits on the model and there are no gapes between parts, which is good. Not very often we can see models made like this in magazine collections, so that is one of the reasons why I like to write about these.

                Danas kratak tekst o još jednom novinskom modelu. Ovaj put pričamo o Škodi Fabia-i WRC, modelu u razmjeri 1/43, proizvođača Ixo za izdavača Altaya. Ovo je jedad od Škodinih auta koji je trebao da uradi nešto značajno u rezultatima reli šampionata. Ovaj auto je vožen od strane finskog vozača Haninena, na reliju Rusije 2009. godine.
                Ako ste čitali tekst o modelu Lancia Delat S4, koji je istog porijekla, onda ovdje nema nešto više da se doda. Sve je skoro isto, ipak se radi o istom proizvođaču, model je dosta dobro urađen, i ima samo par sitnih mana. Ovaj put bit samo izdvojio da je farba odlična i da se metalik djelovi farbe zaista izdvajaju kvalitetom. Plastični djelovi su takođe jako dobri, nema mnogo zazora između djelova, sve je jako dobro uklopljeno i model izgleda kao konačan proizvod sjajno. Nije tako čest slučaj da su novinski modeli ovako dobro sastavljeni. Svi novinski modeli su odlični, i za tu cijenu mnogo bolji od ostalih, zato i pišem ovako često o njima.

Ferrari 246GT Dino, 1/43 Vitesse

Italia, Italia, Italia!!! this car is screaming all the time. Especially in this color scheme, I think, there is no other Ferrari that is more Italian. Definitely it is not the most beautiful Ferrari ever, but one of few special it is. This is Vitesse model in scale 1/43, and now about it.
                The actual car was made in period between 1969 and 1976, and model before this one was in body almost the same, but it was named 206 was produced between 1968 and 1969. And the model before 206 was 206SP which was a racing car. So that is how 246 were born. The name Dino was crediting Enzo’s son Alfredo Ferrari, who nickname was Dino and who was responsible for V6 engine design. Now you can presume that 246 had V6 engine. Yes, it had, V6 with around 2400 cc as its capacity. The engine produced 195hp in European car and 175hp in American version. Maximum speed of this car was around 230km/h which would be around 140mph. But enough about a car, we should talk about a model.

Italia, Italia, Italia!!! ovaj model stvarno vrišti Italija stalno. Posebno u ovoj boji vina, mislim da ni jedan Ferrari mu se ne može primaći to Italičnosti :). Svakako ovo nije najljepši Ferrari, ali jedan od nekoliko lijepih je svaako. Danas biće priče o Vitesse-ovom modelu u razmjeri 1/43, pa da počnemo.
                Stvarni auto je pravlje u periodu od 1969. godine do 1976., i model prije njega koji se zvao 206 je bi proizvođen od 1968. godine do 1969. Auto prethodnik ovoj dvojici je bio trkački model 206SP. Tako je rođen 246GT o kome će danas biti priče. ime Dino je ovaj auto dobio po Ferrarijevom sinu Alfredu, kome je nadimak bio Dino. Dino je bio zaslužan za dizajn V6 motora. Pogađate da 246 ima V6 motor u sebi. Dobro ste pogodili, ovaj Ferrari ispod haube ima centralno postavljen V6 motor sa zapreminom od 2.4 litra i 195 konjskih snaga za evropsko tj. 175 konjskih snaga za američko tržište. Razmijao je maksimalne brzine od 230 kilometara na čas. Ali dosta priče o ovom autu, vrijeme je da počnemo malo o modelu.

Ferrari 250 TDF, 1/43 Box Model



                Today one post about a white Ferrari, which would be much shorter in text but much there will be a lot of photos. Why less text this time, well because there have already been texts about this kind of a models. Because there was texts about Brumm models this is something almost the same.
                This is manufactured by Box Model, which is same company as M4, RIO and Art model. I already said that Brumm is very similar to RIO, so you can make your own conclusion. These manufacturers are very similar, and I can’t see true differences.

 Danas post o bijelom Ferrariju, koji će biti nešto kraći nego obično, sa nešto više fotografina nego obično. Ako se pitate zašto manje teksta ovaj put, pa zato što sam već pisao o ovoj vrsti modela. Bilo je tu tekstova o Brumm modelima, a ovi su nešto veoma slično Brumm-u.
                Ovo je proizvođač modela Box Model, a to je ista firma kao i M4, RIO, Art model. Već sam pisao o Brumm modelima, koji su veoma slični RIO modelima, pa možete sami napraviti zaključak. Ovi proizvođači imaju veoma sličan stil izrade modela, i ja ne mogu da vidim nikakve veće razlike.

Ferrari F1, 1/43

Today my Ferrari F1 collection. There are 81 cars and one racing car transporter. My favorite model is Ferrari 312T4 from 1979 driven by J. Scheckter with his signature. It’s resin model made by Fujimi limited in 500 pieces.
As you can see, there are mostly Scuderia Ferrari cars, but there are a few model which were driven by independent drivers. All the cars should be red besides few yellow, and I hope it will that way. For me, a Ferrari F1 is good only if it’s red. For now the collection is not complete, not even near completion because I need to find around 15 different cars. But until that happens I will probably buy 80 more.
The rest of a collection, which has around 800 pieces have all sorts of cars, but this part is my favorite. Especially because in this segment, F1 cars, you can see how the racing car industry was changing, and slowly becoming what it is today.

Lancia Delta S4, 1/43 Ixo Altaya

Lancia je tokom sedamdesetih i osamdesetih godina harala reli šampionatom. Iz ove dominacije se rodilo nekoliko vrlo značajnih auta pa bi tako neka skupina najznačajnijih Lancia auta bila: Fulvia HF, Stratos, Delta, Delta S4 i 037. Ovi auti su bili, malo je reći, uspješni. Realno bi bilo reći da su bili izvanredni u šampionatu, te da su se rivali pribojavali ovih auta. Lancia Delta u Martini bojama, Stratos sa Alitalia natpisima i crvena Fulvia su sigurno italijanske reli legende. Ovi veoma prepoznatljivi auti su dobili i svoje umanjene varijante, pa se manje-više svi proizvode. Danas, Lancia Delta S4, u Marini livreji proizvođača Ixo za izdavača Altaya.

During 70’s Lancia was a big name in rally championship. From that era come some of the greatest cars of all time. Also these cars were the ones with a lot of titles, and winnings on their side. Some of “must have” cars are clearly Fulvia HF, Stratos, Delta, Delta S4 and 037. Especially in Martini livery are some of most iconic cars in world of rally racing. Many cars are manufactured by various makes an in many different scales. So for today Lancia Delta S4 in Martini colors, made by Ixo for Altaya.
